We choose together your arrival time, to avoid any confrontation with others: a welcome text is sent the day before - We spend time together on the communication "pre-stay": e-mail pre-stay, sms before arrival to specify your sanitary protocol, good practices to secure you... without the Oustaou being an establishment in a context that is too "clinical"

Our concern: to ensure a safe and transparent consumer experience... Without losing the carefree side and escape (of the daily) that everyone is looking for when leaving on weekends or on vacation - We will not erase the impact of the anti-Covid protocols, but we want to calm you down on the pleasure you will spend with us.
