Shortly before I turned 40, my life balance ticked all these

"boxes" and this awareness was a CHOC!

My passion for natural remedies led me directly to the encounter that would literally change my life and that of others.

This atypical teacher, like Master Miyagi crossed with a biker hipster, allowed me to understand what the word “holistic” meant.

Learning naturopathy, psycho-emotional coaching but above all, integrating this "magic" tool, morphopsychology, I made the connection between my emotions, my behaviours, and my diet. And yes, everything is related!

Today, I am driven by the desire to perpetuate this teaching and the Oustaou du Luberon is the ideal place for this.
