Côtes du Luberon : The Côtes du Luberon appellation covers 3,500 hectares, located between Cavaillon and Apt, 36 municipalities share the vineyard. 80% of the exploited areas are grouped into cooperatives.

Composed of 70% red wine, 15% to 20% of rosé and white depending on the year, wine Côtes du Luberon is appreciated for its fine bouquet.Its red are balanced and flexible in the mouth, the rosé fresh and nervous, and the white fresh and round.
Overall, the Côtes of Luberon are preferably to drink young.

Olive oil proposed by the Oustaou is the guarantee of a unique and typical extra virgin olive oil

The variety Aglandau is widely used in our proposal of olive oil, one of the French varieties richest in antioxidants, guarantee of a good oil conservation. In the mouth, we recognise their presence by what is called the "ardence" a slight tingling in the throat.

The benefits of virgin olive oil for health are based on its composition rich in monounsaturated fatty acids, in vitamins and phenolic compounds that are the main vectors of antioxidants.
